Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the schedule and availability of the property. We recommend contacting your host at least 24 hours in advance to make a request. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, please note that we follow standardized check-in and check-out times to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and high quality experience.

Once your booking is confirmed, a dedicated local host will get in touch with you and will be your go to contact throughout your entire stay. Whether you need help with check-in, have a question about the property, or want local recommendations, your host is just a message or call away.

For stays longer than 8 days, additional cleaning services are included at no extra cost. For stays shorter than 8 days, you can request extra cleaning for an additional fee, which varies depending on the property. Just reach out to your host at least 24 hours in advance, and they’ll provide the details and arrange it for you.

Sustainability Fee

The Aruban government has introduced a $20 Sustainability Fee for all air travelers to help improve the island’s sewage water treatment infrastructure. The funds will support upgrades to existing facilities and the construction of a new, larger plant to meet future needs. This fee must be paid online as part of the ED Card application process, and only credit card payments are currently accepted.

The Aruba ED Card is a mandatory entry requirement for all non-resident travelers, including children and infants. It collects essential personal, travel, and health information and must be completed online within seven days before your trip. The card is emailed to you once approved and has a fee of $20 per passenger, excluding children under 8 years old. Be cautious of unofficial websites that may charge extra fees for assistance.

Travelers to Aruba must present proof of yellow fever vaccination if they are arriving from or have recently transited through a country with a risk of yellow fever. The vaccine must be administered at least 10 days before travel, and a valid International Certificate of Vaccination (ICVP) is required. This applies to travelers aged 9 months and older. Those arriving directly from non risk countries like the U.S. or Europe do not need the vaccine.
